113% increase in resi sales fee income in 9 months.

Do you know what I love about what my wife, my team  (Lianne, Lesley, Karen and Tom) and I do?

Every single one of us comes to work every day to do something we love.

We get to inspire letting and estate agents to grow their letting and estate agency businesses. Its the most wonderful thing in the world. In fact, the fun part is trying to figure out all the different ways we can do that. It really is amazing.

The best part is, it is also good for their business as they grow their agencies. That means they do well so we do well.

We work with some of the biggest agents all the way through to passionate new start agents.

Listen to Paul Tobias-Gibbin’s story, a story he told on the 3rd July 2015 to a room full of fellow letting and estate agents, a story of how he started in October 2014 a type of marketing called “Landlord Farming” …. with the aim to get more landlords.

Nine months later (July 2015), he had increased his lettings fee income by 65%, taking his managed stock to 200 properties and is increasing that by 10 new managed properties a month…. however, let him tell you the fallout from getting more landlords, was an increase in resi sales fee income of 113% over the same nine month time frame. Paul started his agency in 1999 and for the record, he was already a major agency player in his town, being a top three agent for new stock before he started this style of marketing.

Let him tell you his story in this 6 minute video … and if you want to know how and what he does … there are some training videos below.

If you want to know how Paul got that sort of growth and you have a spare 50 minutes, why dont you do yourself a favour and watch these four educational (and at time entertaining) videos on how you could attract new landlords and vendors to your agency?

These videos will show you WHY becoming your towns local property guru will get you more business

Part 1 . (9mins 50 secs)

Part 2 .. (15 mins 40 secs)

Part 3 .. (9 mins 20 secs)

Part 4 .. (16 mins)

If you would like to see parts 5, 6 , 7 and part 8 of the videos, where we show you how to put it all into action, drop me a note to christopher@christopherwatkin.co.uk

I teach, guide, support, mentor, consult, counsel, partner many hundreds of UK Estate and Letting Agents in their quest to grow their estate and lettings agencies business. Old school techniques of touting, landlords wanted leaflets, ring us for a free valuation, we have sold this in your street leaflets don't work anymore. There are too many competitor agents .. meaning cheap fees are epidemic, overvaluing is almost a norm to get the stock and don’t even mention about the online/hybrid threat. So a few years ago, I set about looking around the UK and spotted that certain agents (not many mind you) in certain towns were still seen as the ‘go to person on property’, the person the newspaper editor rang up every week for a comment and I looked at what they did and they were doing some thing quite remarkable…. Only one thing but they were doing it so well .. and reaping the reward in terms of decent listings and decent fees, happy staff, decent sales pipeline and exchange income, managed lettings portfolios in the many hundreds .. but more importantly, they really enjoyed the job… they enjoyed getting up in the morning and people looked up to them Over 400 agents around the UK are on a mission to change the way our Estate and Lettings agency profession is perceived and looked upon, doing it town by town, city by city. I guide these 400 agents, teach them, mentor them and support them to be seen in a different light, to be seen as the ‘go to person for property’, actually be the ‘local property expert’ and prove it.
