Colchester Council fine Property Management Company Titlecroft Ltd

Due to poor management of Pico Wharf, a block of flats in Whitehall Road, Colchester there has been an immediate reaction by Colchester Council to fine the management company in question.

A fine of £5,000 was imposed due to the poor conditions and management of the property which was a recent conversion from offices in 2016.

Whole list of inexcusable poor management failings were highlighted including unreliable electricity and water supplies, door security systems not working, rubbish and vandalism.
