Perry Power is considered by many to be one of the UK’s leading ‘young forward thinking estate agents’ … and now he tells his story in this three part documentary.

Perry Power took the decision when he was 12 years old that UK Estate Agency was broken, and so decided he would fix it. So over three videos, Perry tells his story of being an estate agent from the age of 12 to today.

Its not been plain sailing as Perry tells you the ups and downs, so you can learn from his successes and mistakes.

After being fast traced into management at a very early age, running multiple offices for sizeable national agencies by the age of 21, he launched Power Bespoke, a custom-built personalised bespoke hybrid estate agency, nearly four years ago and is on track to be a £1m turnover office within five years. He also set up a free and impartial advice website for home sellers, perrypower.co.uk

A long-established advocate of content marketing, Perry believes that estate agency as we ‘know it’ is altering; local expertise will be exchanged with ‘marketing expertise’ and ‘valuation expertise’ will be replaced with negotiation expertise.

Only one thing but they were doing it so well .. and reaping the reward in terms of decent listings and decent fees, happy staff, decent sales pipeline and exchange income, managed lettings portfolios in the many hundreds .. but more importantly, they really enjoyed the job… they enjoyed getting up in the morning and people looked up to them

Over 400 agents around the UK are on a mission to change the way our Estate and Lettings agency profession is perceived and looked upon, doing it town by town, city by city. I guide these 400 agents, teach them, mentor them and support them to be seen in a different light, to be seen as the ‘go to person for property’, actually be the ‘local property expert’ and prove it.
