Twist following Real Estate Agent’s Drone being Shot out of the Sky

Drones have been quite a topic to follow of recent especially when it comes to taking a trip on a plane with both Gatwick and Heathrow suffering severe delays following supposed threats from drones.

A recent story that saw a neighbour shooting down a real estate agent’s drone over in New South Wales, Australia, took a further twist where officers investigating the case went on to discover an illegal cannabis crop growing at the said shooter.

The real estate agent was legally using the drone to capture aerial footage of a local property to place on the market when the neighbour decided to take down the flying instrument by illegally shooting at it. From this incident a collection of 187 cannabis plants, 20kg of dried cannabis and an undisclosed amount of cash was discovered.
