104,763 mortgages have been completed with the support of the Help to Buy mortgage guarantee scheme.

Help to Buy: Mortgage guarantee scheme quarterly statistics – Data from 8 October 2013 to 30 June 2017 released 28th September from HM Treasury.
Since the launch of the Help to Buy: mortgage guarantee, 104,763 mortgages have been completed with the support of the scheme.
80% of the 104,763 mortgages completed were purchases by first-time buyers. The total value of mortgages supported by the scheme is £15.8 billion.
The mean value of a property purchased or remortgaged through the scheme was £159,170, compared to a national average house price of £223,000.
