132 New Homes for Northamptonshire County Council

With meany headlines reporting on the need for new homes we have some positive news for Northamptonshire County Council where plans have been approved for 132 new homes at the former site of Parklands Middle School, Devon Way.
The 5.2 hectare site will be home to the new development which was previously the location of school buildings and playgrounds. The site has been vacant since 2011 and some areas such as playing fields are overgrown so the decision to pass the application was quite a simple action for those involved in planning.
