ODE To An Agents Website…

Should I sell or let my house?

The question springs to mind,

Online I’ll go to surf the net,

An agent I will find.

Amongst the many listings there,

Which one do I pick?

Some websites so damn ugly,

Not even worth the click.

Many sites lack detail,

That I’d expect to see,

Lots don’t show big pictures,

Not even an EPC.

What about a brochure?

That seems to not be there,

No features shown or floor plans,

Or social links to share.

What about house location,

Are all the details there?

Could someone easily find my home,

Or wouldn’t stand a prayer.

What about ease of contact?

Or the fees and what it costs,

The bodies they’re a member of,

The info all seems lost.

So much incomplete detail,

Does not inspire my trust,

To put my house in their hands,

These features are a MUST.

A knockout first impression,

Is what’s required here,

A well designed smart website,

For competitors to fear.

A site for all devices,

No matter when or where,

Mobiles, Tablets, Desktops,
All work so don’t despair.

A site that shows big pictures,

Brochures, maps and more,

Social links and EPC’s,

Plans including floor.

But what about the portals?

I’ve houses going spare,

Don’t stress if you’re a member,

We’ll send your data there.

An easy user interface,

Will help you stay abreast,

Of all your website data,

No longer you’ll feel stressed.

We’ll set you up with hosting,

Some email, whatever you need,

You won’t be disappointed,

We’ll help you to succeed.

SO, when looking for your new site,

The only place to go,

The property website experts,

That’s Property Web Design Pro….
