The total value of the UK’s commercial property is approximately £683b.

Although those of us from the UK are well known for the desire to own our own homes, be it a flat, house, plot of land or even mansion, there is a proportion of us that also place Commercial Property under this bracket also.

The British Property Federation is quoted as sharing that UK commercial property is now valued at £683 billion which is approximately one eighth of the value of  of all buildings across the UK.

Most people would struggle to list more than offices or warehouses as being ‘commercial property’, there are in fact many more property types that come under the category commercial to include:

The British Property Federation also state that almost one quarter of investment in to commercial property is from overseas and that almost one million people are directly employed within this sector of industry.
