Another Hybrid Estate Agency to launch.

This will certainly be a trend going forward, new Hybrid estate agencies and online estate agencies to launch across the UK in 2016 with a focus on national coverage. This time we see YOPA who are set to launch in Yorkshire later this week.

Already with pilots tested in the Granada and Meridian regions, YOPA believe this is still a gap in the market for local property agents to facilitate the UK Estate Agency industry.

 

Yorkshire will experience YOPA first with towns covered including Leeds, Sheffield and York.

Look out for a major marketing burst across communication channels including TV, radio and local printed media.

Daniel Attia, joint managing director of YOPA, added: “We conducted six-week regional launches in the Granada and Meridian regions before Christmas and the consumer response has been overwhelmingly positive.
