ZPG’s property websites saw record levels of traffic over January

Following on from their announcement that Zoopla Property Group (ZPG) have agreed to acquire Hometrack for for £120 million, yesterday they reported record levels of traffic and appraisal leads during January, with record new highs seen in the number of visits across its platform and appraisal leads delivered to its agent partners during the month.

They stated that: Over January, ZPG’s property websites saw record levels of traffic at over 53 million visits for the month with mobile traffic at a record share of 72%.

Mark Goddard, Managing Director of ZPG’s Property division said, “This is a great start to the year for both the business and the property market. The numbers demonstrate that we continue to deliver incredible exposure, value and results for our partners.”
