Filming property via live 360 video is easy:

Live 360 video streaming, thanks to the social media platforms supporting this media trend, will certainly be a big marketing avenue for worldwide business – If you have something to show, then why not show it 360! A great example of a live 360 streaming mini video camera is the Insta360 Air, an easy to use solution that is compatible with Android mobile phones and connects via micro USB which is what I need in order to start using live 360 video streaming and to capture 360 images (an Apple version is available called the Insta360 nano from the same company).

These neat devices are great in that the simply connect to your mobile device and once you’ve downloaded the free app on to your phone you can be recording 360 video footage and if you connect a social media account such as Facebook or Youtube then you can be live streaming 360 video footage.

In today’s ever increasingly busy world and the fact that more people are searching for property online and able to watch audio / video tours, then 360 photo/video is an upgrade that many browsers will like as it gives them more detail to look at. You can either live stream the whole property inside and out, rather like an online ‘open house’ or you can record footage (photo and video) and upload at a later date.

These types of cameras are already small in size and deliver fine standard quality imagery. We are just one step away from mobile devices recording in 360 (already available with some handsets abroad), though for the time being, keeping a tiny little camera like the Insta360 (the size of a ping pong ball) is really a great idea for anyone capturing property photos for that new listing.
