UK house price grew by 4.1% in year to March 2017

UK House Price Index summary; March 2017 from HM Land Registry published yesterday 16th May 2017.

This is a monthly report that shows changes in average house prices for England,Scotland,Wales and Northern Ireland.

UK House prices grew by 4.1% in the year to March 2017, 1.5 percentage points lower than in the year to February 2017.

The publication states according to statistics for March 2017 that the average price of a property in the UK was £215,848.00, annual price change for a property was 4.1%, monthly price change was -0.6%.
