New three year partnership deal between Countrywide Surveying Services and Leeds Building Society

Countrywide announced yesterday 16th May that Countrywide Surveying Services has been appointed by Leeds Building Society as its valuation and panel manager in a new three year partnership deal.

Commenting on the new contract, Martin Richardson, Leeds Building Society’s Director of Operations said: “We’re pleased to have appointed Countrywide Surveying Services to provide property valuation and surveying services for the Society.

“A market-leading firm, Countrywide Surveying Services shares our focus on customer service. Our new partnership gives us access to the best possible surveying capability and technology, so we can provide our borrowers with the certainty they need and help them secure the home they want more quickly.”

Paul Wareham, Countrywide Surveying Services’ Managing Director, said: “We are delighted to have been chosen by Leeds Building Society as their valuation service provider.
