How many of you have wondered which way the future of Estate agency will turn?

As an agent specialising on the South Coast including London, the future couldn’t be more clearer.

Adaptability is the key. For those of you who consider that YOUR Estate Agency is the best in it’s field, think again!

So what really counts to be an excellent Agent in 2017? Well, here are the top 3 things that YOU should be doing for
YOUR Agency, whether you are a one-man band or a team of 250…

1: Treat every person who you meet as your best friend. Believe me, we are all human. A little love can go a long way.

2: Branch ethics are essential. Have a walk around your branch- think about the presentation and how your staff come across by their manners and ethics. Is this what you would like to be viewing as a client?

3: Mirror your client. Make time for them. Sure, your next client has just walked through the door, but instead of rushing, ensure that you have completed all answers from your buyers questions 1st.
