Latest UK property transaction count for November 2017 from HMRC

Monthly property transactions completed in the UK with value of £40,000 or above published 21st December 2017 from HM Revenue and Customs – November 2017.

The provisional seasonally adjusted UK property transaction count for November 2017 was 104,200 residential and 11,150 non-residential transactions.

The seasonally adjusted estimate of the number of residential property transactions increased by 0.6% between October 2017 and November 2017. This month’s seasonally adjusted figure is 7.1% higher compared with the same month last year.

For November 2017 the number of non-adjusted residential transactions was about 0.4% lower compared with October 2017. The number of non-adjusted residential transactions was 6.1% higher than in November 2016:
The figures for the three most recent months are provisional and therefore subject to revision.
