LiFE Residential shortlisted for UK Prop Tech Awards

LiFE Residential, one of the UK’s largest independently-owned property agencies, has been shortlisted for the ‘Residential – Technology Adoption in Property’ award at the UK PropTech Awards.

There are a total of 11 awards, seven of the business categories have been split into commercial and residential, with two combined categories such as the ‘Association of the Year’ award. There are also two awards to recognise individuals contributions to the industry, such as the ‘Lifetime Achievement’ award.

LiFE Residential set-up their investment arm, LiFE Ventures, in 2014. They have since acquired and invested in several PropTech start-up companies as part of their continued drive to improve the lives of their tenants and landlords.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on the evening of the 2nd May.
