Attwells Solicitors voted best conveyancers in Suffolk by clients in recent property awards.

Attwells Solicitors were voted the best in county for conveyancing in last week’s annual ESTAS Conveyancer Awards ceremony, hosted by Channel 4 Presenter Phil Spencer.

The ESTAS Customer Service Awards for 2018 is the leading awards in the UK conveyancing sector. The winners were announced at a glamorous dinner & ceremony at the Grosvenor House on Park Lane in London. The event was attended by 400 of the UK’s top property lawyers.

Phil Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003 addressed the audience: “The ESTAS are special awards because shortlisted and winning firms are selected purely on the service you deliver to your clients. Real feedback from real customers experiencing real service, I don’t think there can be a greater honour in the industry than to receive an award based on that mantra.

The ESTAS Awards determine the best conveyancing firms in the UK based purely on feedback from customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their conveyancer or solicitor. 8,000 surveys were completed by customers during the competition.

Firms were recognised in 13 regions around the UK.

Attwells Solicitors with their head office based in Ipswich’s Estate Agent District, employs over fifty local staff members. Head of Conveyancing Stuart Milbourne is responsible for overseeing the Suffolk conveyancing department.

Attwells were voted by their clients the best conveyancing firm in county and came second in the conveyancing firm of the year in the East of England. This is a phenomenal achievement for the modern law firm who only recently celebrated their tenth anniversary. This is Attwells third award in recent years for conveyancing, cementing their authority as Suffolk property law experts.
Managing Partner Nick Attwell is delighted with the awards as they highlight the efforts made each and every day by the firm’s conveyancers.

This truly is a great achievement. A celebration of the efforts of all of the Firm in providing an excellent service to our local clients. After every case I personally ask every client to complete an independent review. The results are authentic and I review each one so the service is constantly improving.
