Massive price cuts on Property across the UK on Zoopla?

Zoopla enables browsers to search for property in order of reductions and this can bring up some very surprising results especially if you are looking to pick up bargains… Or maybe it highlights some very poor original valuations by estate agents? Surely the below discounts can not be blamed on the recent decline in property prices or Brexit?

I choose four counties close to myself to do a basic property search of any property not including shared ownership or retirement listings. The results of some of the bigger discounts, two in each county, are below:
