Glasgow Housing Association van involved in Hit & Run
Back in December 2017 video footage was captured of Darren Clarke who drove his Glasgow Housing Association van at another man following a street brawl in Maryhill, Glasgow.
The victim Lewis McChee was taken to hospital though refused treatment.
The initial charge was for murder though later down graded to assault at Glasgow Sheriff Court on December 2nd 2017. Mr Clark was handed 12 month supervision along with 250 hours of unpaid community work and had to pay the victim £500 in compensation – A 6 months driving ban was also imposed.
