HM Queen’s £1 Billion Property Portfolio
A recent news article reveals that our Queen, Elizabeth II, has quite a property portfolio to her name that ranges from castles to public toilets and also includes a disused reservoir.
Of course, possibly the world’s most famous buildings such as Buckingham Palace that was valued at £2.2 billion not long ago by Foxtons estate agents along with Windsor Castle and the Sandringham estate (8,000 hectares) are in her portfolio. Some of the portfolio belongs to the right of her Crown which means it is not her own private property though belongs to her during her reign, not being able to be sold off neither are any revenues from them belong to her / her family.

Another recent report states that HM Queen Elizabeth II’s property portfolio is worth an estimated £13 Billion.
