Andy Halstead, CEO and Co-Founder at Let Alliance commented: “The continued emergence of new Proptech firms resulted in so much fragmentation in the supplier to agent sector, we are committed to making business much simpler to transact for our customers. This further investment in technology is coming from earnings, we work with more than 2,000 letting agents and 2018 was a record year for Let Alliance. We are ploughing money back into our business, making sure our customers remain ahead of the game. Our recruitment of the best qualified and experienced developers to the Let Alliance Tech Hub allows us to continue to deliver the best value for money to letting agents and add incremental value to their offering, this means controlling our costs and paying the highest margins and commission possible to our customers.”
Mark Ker-Lindsay, Chief Technology Officer at Let Alliance said: “These are changing times, the opportunity to work with Let Alliance again and lead their IT strategy and future innovation is hugely exciting. It is not often you get the opportunity to work with a team of such dedicated and passionate people that don’t just understand their market space but lead it. Having worked in the industry myself since 2002, this experience along with the Let Alliance vision and insight will help us produce systems that redefine how we support professional letting agents in conducting business.”
Mandy Sykes, Head of Business Improvement at Let Alliance said: “Our team in India is simply an extension of our 125 strong Chester based team. Owning our own Tech Hub makes complete sense given the amount of activity going on in our business. Our customers can expect great things from us, improved functionality, but most of all, customer service that they have come to rely on. Andy considers technology to be a qualifier, not the end game, his obsession with customers drives our strategy.”
