Eric Meek, the fictional estate agent created by author Dale Bradford, is back for a second outing in The Time‑Travelling Estate Agent 2, a sequel that is already climbing Amazon’s bestselling time‑travel rankings.

Estate agents were recently highlighted as the third most complained‑about profession in the UK in a study by Sell House Fast. Bradford’s character takes a different path, often winning over those he meets.

The first book in the series, released in November 2024, has remained in Amazon’s top 30 in its genre. The follow‑up, released this month, is already attracting strong reader feedback, with every reviewer so far awarding it four or five stars.

Bradford said, “The Time‑Travelling Estate Agent has certainly found an audience, and I’ve been delighted to read so many positive reviews. Eric has proven to be a very popular character and following the BBC Panorama broadcast, and the earlier Sell House Fast study, he might even be helping to improve the public’s view of the profession.”

The story begins when Eric is invited by an elderly homeowner to assess her property. In her garage he finds a portal first activated on 3 July 1976, a day that shaped his teenage years. Through this device he has the opportunity to revisit and possibly change pivotal events.

Set in and around Cwmbran, South Wales, the books mix elements of science fiction, mystery and romantic comedy. The final instalment of the trilogy is scheduled for release in early 2026.

Both titles are available as an ebook (£1.99), paperback (£9.99) and hardback (£14.99), and are included in Kindle Unlimited. Bradford, who grew up in Cwmbran, worked as a B2B magazine editor from 1995 to 2025 before turning to full‑time writing.
