Opportunity for self-employed agents in Prime Central London
Fine & Country has announced the launch of its new Partner Agent Programme in Prime Central London. The initiative offers an exclusive opportunity for entrepreneurial, self-employed estate agents to operate independently under a globally recognised luxury brand, with access to Fine & Country’s flagship Park Lane office and its international marketing platform.
The programme is designed to provide experienced agents with the independence of self-employment, combined with the prestige, systems, and reach of a global luxury network. Unlike traditional franchise or corporate models, the Partner Agent scheme allows agents to operate under a bespoke sub-licence, giving full autonomy while benefiting from Fine & Country’s marketing technology, global network, and world-class support.
“Park Lane isn’t just a showroom,” said Gaven Swan, National Business Development Manager at Fine & Country. “It’s a physical gateway into the luxury market — a place where our Partner Agents can meet clients, hold exhibitions, and demonstrate the scale and quality of the Fine & Country brand. We’ve designed this scheme to empower London’s best agents, not absorb them.”
Fine & Country is seeking a limited number of Partner Agents across Prime Central London, covering areas such as Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Notting Hill Gate, Belgravia, Kensington, Mayfair, Marylebone, and St John’s Wood. By leveraging the brand’s prestige, global exposure, and award-winning marketing, these agents will gain credibility with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients while retaining complete control over their businesses.
The Partner Agent model offers substantial earning potential, with commissions derived from the sale of prime London properties enabling six-figure annual earnings and the opportunity to scale income with fewer transactions than traditional agency models. Agents can select from four commission split levels depending on their experience and business objectives.
“Fine & Country’s Partner Agent Programme represents a unique model in London,” said Jonathan Handford, Interim Managing Director of Fine & Country. “It combines the freedom of self-employment with the credibility and international reach of a global luxury brand. Our West London operations have already shown what a high-calibre, autonomous team can achieve, and we’re confident this programme will attract some of London’s very best agents who are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and client-focused.”
Ideal candidates for the programme will have experience in upper-quartile property markets, a proven track record in lead generation and sales, and confidence in dealing with high-net-worth clients. Agents who value autonomy but want the backing of a premium international brand will find this programme particularly rewarding.
