How does your Estate Agency look?

Just how important is the look and style of your Estate Agency. Fairfield Displays share one of their recent assignments and the results achieved:

Harper & Woods Estate Agents approached Fairfield Displays with an idea of creating a stylish and modern office, reflecting the trends shown in the south, but still showing properties in the interior, which is popular in the northern market place.

In depth market research was carried out and this included visiting some of the sites shown as case studies on the Fairfield site. Andy Wood, of Harper & Woods decided they wanted Fairfield’s famous LED Light Pockets™ in their new site in Wallasey, Merseyside. The reason for his choice was simply because he found Fairfield’s LED Light Pockets™ to be the brightest and best quality.

Harper & Wood’s wanted Fairfield to help them through the process from start to finish. The site for the new office was practically a building site, only with the help of Fairfield’s free high quality visual were they able to really get a feel of what the new office would look like.

“The Fairfield consultant quickly understood the style of office we were trying to create. It was having the foresight to imagine the potential of the office when standing in the middle of dust and bricks.

The visuals after the visit were spot on and we used the Fairfield visuals to brief our builders and web designers. The quality of the visuals was really great which saved us a lot of time and money.”

For such an expansive project it was vital Harper & Woods were assured that Fairfield were the right company for the job.

When I spoke to the Fairfield consultant, he was extremely helpful, being precise, polite and friendly. Totally believing in the product gave us confidence.”

Low level illuminated Sirius units were displayed in the windows. Triple width LED Light Pockets™ were used in the interior all made to match brand image.

The final design was truly stunning, reflecting some of the latest ideas you will find in the south, but still including wall mounted properties in the interior which is popular in our local area.

“<The office is very open and welcoming, clients can clearly see into the interior.” – Andy Wood, Director – Harper & Woods.
