Average UK house prices have risen by 0.4% since November 2017 according to HM Land Registry data

Latest UK House Price Index for December 2017 published 13th February 2018 from HM Land Registry. The UK House Price Index (UK HPI) shows house price changes for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The December data shows: On average, house prices have risen by 0.4% since November 2017, an annual price rise of 5.2%, which takes the average property in the UK valued at £226,756.
The data for England shows: House prices have risen by 0.4% since November 2017., for London house prices have risen by 0.8% since November 2017.
