With the addition of Brief Your Market, the combined group will supply technology services to over 6,000 estate agency offices. The home moving process is evolving and digital platforms are becoming ever more important in today’s market, particularly when it comes to lead generation.

Agents experience the best lead-generating results over extended periods of time by building relationships and nurturing the leads they receive. The Brief Your Market platform will assist our customers to further enhance their lead-nurturing process, improve communication with their clients and ultimately improving the home moving journey.”

Cooke adds that nurtur.group will be launching some joint initiatives with Brief Your Market in the near future. “Again, these initiatives will be focused on lead generation, lead nurturing and a relentless focus on ROI. Statistically 55% of leads received don’t make it into a CRM, a staggering figure that highlights the importance of having a process and platform in place such as Brief Your Market to ensure leads are nurtured and directed along the correct path,” he comments.

According to Cooke, nurtur.group supply a vast array of products and services for agents to use, however, an essential component that was missing was the mechanism of delivering these elements to the customer, which Brief Your Market are by far the market leader.

“Other elements that attracted us to Brief Your Market was their ability to track an agent’s Return on Investment (ROI), through their focus on helping agents with their data.  Brief Your Market has also transformed their business over the last 18 months through their acquisition of Yomdel, an industry-leading live chat provider, as well as providing a dedicated content management service to agents. This helps agents to reduce the time spent on creating marketing content so they can focus on looking after their customers,” he adds.

Speaking about the acquisition, Damon Bullimore, CEO of Brief Your Market, says:

“We have worked in partnership with nurtur.group for over 10 years, focusing on nurturing data held with agent’s databases to deliver demonstrable ROI.  The organisation’s new focus on ensuring it nurtures leads from portals and agent’s websites, through to database mining is an exciting path, ensuring we as a group maximise all opportunities agents receive, automating journeys and bringing these into laser focus for agents so they can prosper and thrive.”

He adds, “nurtur.group is driven by passionate people who share this common view, ensuring our customers achieve powerful results by using our combined technologies. This coupled with the Accelerator Programme will ensure we are always driving the very best technology which deliveries a greater ROI.”

Toscafund Partner and nurtur.group Director, Matthew Siebert adds: “This latest acquisition will further enhance the group’s offering and will help to position nurtur.group as the market leader in providing the sector with PropTech products and services.”

Kirsty Gallacher headline host of The Guild of Property Professionals Awards

Presenter, Broadcaster and Former Sky Sports News Anchor, Kirsty Gallacher has been confirmed as the presenter of The Guild of Property Professionals Awards at their Annual Conference on 10th March 2022 at the QE11 Centre in London.

One of the UK’s most respected and versatile broadcasters, Kirsty has enjoyed a successful 20-year career at Sky Sports, anchoring Sky Sports News’ flagship show and interviewing several huge names, including Anthony Joshua, Jordan Spieth and David Beckham.

During her time with the show, she also covered a number of major sporting events such as Wimbledon, the Olympics, The Masters and the Ryder Cup.

Kirsty has great experience in a variety of broadcasting environments having had her own series for Sky One called Kirsty’s Home Videos, which aired for four years. In addition, she has presented Sky One’s ‘Gladiators’ alongside Ian Wright, ITV’s ‘Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway’ and Channel 4’s ‘The Games’.

In 2015 she took part in the hugely popular Strictly Come Dancing on BBC One. She continues to front ITV1’s hugely popular Soccer Aid and was part of the breakfast team on newly launched channel, GB news.

Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, said: “We are delighted to have Kirsty at our conference to present the awards this year. Having her there will add to an already memorable and special occasion being the first in-person conference and awards ceremony the network has had since 2020.”

According to McKenzie, 2022 is a record year in terms of the number of agents who have submitted award applications for review.

“Based on the response we have had it seems that the network is as eager to get back together in person as we are. The Conference and Awards annual event has always been one of the highlights on The Guild’s calendar. The Guild Awards acknowledge the hard work that offices have put in throughout the year and provide an opportunity to celebrate with and recognise agents who have excelled in various categories.

We will be presenting a large number of awards, which are sponsored by The Telegraph, to both sales and lettings agents who have achieved some remarkable results during 2021. As with previous Guild Awards, the judges’ decision on award winners is heavily swayed by customer-centric service, with the Awards Customer Service Rating powered by The ESTAS, the only industry awards based solely on customer reviews,” he adds.

Winners are selected from each region, showing the strength of the network right up and down the country. As a network, The Guild aims to continue to raise industry standards for the better and ensure offices throughout the UK provide their customers with a high-quality estate agency experience.

“We look forward to seeing everyone at the conference in March and celebrating their incredible achievements over the past 12 months,” concludes McKenzie.

For those who are unaware, The Guild is a network of 800 of the best independent estate agents from across the UK. The Guild is a sign of professional excellence that agents can use to differentiate themselves from their competitors and assure clients that they will act with knowledge and integrity to achieve results, the three core values of The Guild.

To allow agents to perform a superior service, The Guild offers marketing, business and technology services to its members.
