Revolutionary prospecting AI tool helps agents generate 30% more instructions

Industry-leading estate agency marketing tool, Spectre, has shared the impact of its recently launched artificial intelligence feature, Spectre AI. The tool – a first of its kind in the industry – filters prospects to present agents with those most likely to list their property in the near future, saving agents thousands in prospecting costs while significantly increasing instructions.

Spectre AI’s data shows those targeted are almost two and a half times more likely to instruct than randomly selected prospects. This has resulted in a 30% increase in the number of instructions generated, compared to not using the tool – at no additional cost to the agent.

In the four months since its launch, Spectre AI has generated agents:

  • Over 1000 additional instructions, amounting to a value of over £478,480,000
  • an estimated £5,981,050 in extra fees for agents

Heather Staff, co-founder at Spectre, commented: “The results speak for themselves – Spectre AI makes for more efficient and cost-effective prospecting for agents, a game-changer as costs rise for agents in all other areas. The tool works off hundreds of data points that would simply be too time-consuming for a human to work through. If you want to increase your instructions, you need data on your side to prospect the hottest leads first and Spectre AI has proven to be worth its weight in gold.”

teclet announces partnership with AnyVan to help the moving process

PRESS RELEASE: teclet, the software platform business whose lettings product is currently in the process of rebranding to ‘TecLet’ as part of OnTheMarket Software within the OnTheMarket Group, has announced a new partnership that enables landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers to arrange their removals and storage requirements via the platform.

The partnership is with AnyVan who facilitate home moves within the UK and abroad and provide a comprehensive range of insured services are available including packing and removals, containerised storage and all levels of “man with a van” services. As every moving requirement is different, a tailored quote is provided to ensure a bespoke approach.

Alan Blockley, CEO at teclet, said: “Moving home, whether large or small, local or long distance is a key element in the sales or renting process and we would always suggest engaging professionals to help.

It can be a serious false economy for someone to hire a van and get friends and family to help. The risks of damages and injury are real, and it can often take several journeys to complete whereas the AnyVan professionals can provide a full “turnkey” service.

Our partnership with AnyVan provides a full range of services at competitive prices and teclet users and their customers will be able to access them all via our platform, improving service and, in the case of agents, generating additional referral revenues.”

Evan Dean, Partnerships Manager at AnyVan, said: “We’re delighted to have partnered with teclet and to be able to bring our service offering seamlessly to its customers and clients.

AnyVan has over 100,000 five-star Trustpilot reviews and a range of services that continue to be proven in the marketplace time and time again. With many customer-focused features, including live driver tracking, instant quotes, prices up to 40% cheaper than competitors, and support seven days a week, we’re on a mission to become the best-placed, low-cost option to move home – and we’re not stopping there.

We’re also trying to leave a positive mark on the environment, and we’ve already offset every mile we travelled via our partnership with the World Land Trust, alongside investment into the fight against deforestation and sustainable environmental projects.

Through our latest strategic partnership with teclet, we hope to reduce the strain that’s often associated with moving, streamlining the process entirely and continuing to make the moving home process fit for the 21st century.”
