Court of Appeal rejects Gascoigne Halman’s appeal re On The Market dispute

Latest news today from the Court of Appeal gives us the answer towards the Gascoigne Halman vs On The Market PLC saga. After an initial 10 day court hearing in July and a further hearing in November 2018 the final decision on the case of Connells owned Gascoigne Halman vs On The Market PLC (Agents’ Mutual Ltd) was unanimous in that the original decision is upheld.

On The Market were reported to have been pleased with the decision of today’s Court Appeal decision. A Tweet from @onethemarketcom stated:
