Crowdfund acheived for EstatesDirect.com

EstatesDirect.com has now acheived its Crowdfund target of £1.25m, infact as of this morning the figure stands at £1,266,390 with 253 investors and just 11 more days to go.

Both Steve Smith, the founder of Poundland and Darren Richards (Datingdirect.com now Match.com) who head the team must both be extremely pleased to see the target reached under the alloted time, it will surely be a boost to their confidence knowing they have such support.

As mentioned in the company pitch detail on the crowdfund website EstatesDirect.com is a new breed of “Hybrid” Estate Agency offering the fixed fee, 0% commission model of online agencies but retaining the personal 1-to-1 service of traditional agents without the overheads of High Street branches.

It is expected that the crowdfunding investment will be used to invest in TV advertising across the UK in line with the business growth, also an aggressive recruitment plan based on the existing pilot model that has built up the brand awareness and company strength for 2015.
