December a record month for appraisal leads says ZPG

Zoopla Property Group (ZPG) announced earlier this week that they delivered a record number of unique appraisal leads to their agent members in December 2016, at the same time they announced that total appraisal leads generated for their members during 2016 were also up by an impressive 31% on 2015.

Mark Goddard, Managing Director of ZPG Property Services commented: “Whilst we continue to be one of the largest generators of applicant leads for estate and letting agencies in the UK, our unique ability to generate significant and increasing volumes of appraisal leads is delivering exceptional value for our members. We had a record month in December in terms of consumers contacting our members with a view to carrying out a valuation. It is clear that ZPG members have a huge advantage when it comes to winning new business as prospective vendors and landlords use our websites to help them to identify and select a local agent.”
