easyProperty marries up with The Guild of Property Professionals

As reported in the Daily Telegraph, easyProperty  and The Guild of Professional Estate Agents are going through another hat in to the ring of online estate agencies by joining forces. Though stated at 5,000 members in the article which is not really the case as The Guild is more at 500-800 members, easyProperty can be looking though at increasing their members thanks to The Guild’s own membership.

Apparently the deal is worth around £60 million and will open the doors for Guild members to embrace online estate agency via easyProperty’s already in place structure.

I myself sat down with Jon Cooke a few months back looking at this project so knew it was about to become reality though was under embargo to release the news and now it is common news to everyone and no doubt will be another topic for property news channels and property writers to get their teeth stick into.
