Former students launch student only lettings portal

Former University of Lincoln students are due to launch a student only lettings portal on 1st June 2016, known as FreshRent.co.uk

FreshRent have already signed up over 20,000 student properties across the UK to launch with the service on 1st June 2016.

FreshRent offers landlords the opportunity to upload their properties at a one off fee of £4.95 per property. Agencies are then sent landlord information in order to help generate leads! This portal is the first of its kind for the student market.

Agencies can take advantage of automatic uploads via FTP for an annual subscription of £289.00. Manual upload options are also available.
