Fulton’s Solicitors and Estate Agents acquired by Gildeas

Fulton’s Solicitors and Estate Agents, with offices in Mount Florida and Clarkston, has recently been acquired by Gildeas conveyancing practice. The merger will take place with Fulton’s who will continue to trade separately under their own brands.

Gildeas director Colin Ferguson was reported as saying: “We are delighted to have completed the acquisition of Fulton’s and would like to welcome their team on board.

I am confident that our new business structure will enable Gildeas to focus on our core personal injury work and ensure we are well-positioned to take advantage of opportunities in this area as they arise.

Our existing conveyancing practice has merged with a thriving business which has an experienced team at the helm and a loyal customer base.
