Fusion Students sells off portfolio of Property sites
January 3, 2019
A deal worth in the region of £230 million sees Fusion Students (UK University accommodation developer) releasing it portfolio of sites to a joint venture purchase by Arlington Advisors and Equitix.
Locations include Newcastle, Bristol and Cardiff and will see a gross income over over £15 million annually.
