INDEPENDENT LONDON AGENT BERESFORD RESIDENTIAL FURTHER EXTENDS ITS SALES & LETTINGS NETWORK

Beresford Residential, one of London’s leading Estate Agencies, has further extended its Sales and Lettings network of branches by opening a new office in West Norwood.

Launched in 2009, Beresford Residential has quickly grown to become one of the most successful and highly regarded independent estate agents in South London, consistently making the top 50 of the AllAgents Best Rated London Branches.

The new branch which opened on Saturday 1 October, is in a great location on Norwood Road, midway between the Tulse Hill and West Norwood railway stations. It is the fourth Beresford Residential office to be opened, complementing the highly successful Brixton, Camberwell and Streatham branches. As with each of the offices, West Norwood also provides property management services.

Joe Laurence, Area Manager, said, “We are excited to be growing our network and bringing our services to West Norwood. Although once overlooked compared to its neighbours, West Norwood has been growing in popularity in recent years leading to a steady rise in sales and rental prices. Vendors and landlords are now reaping the benefits of increased interest in the area and for anyone looking to buy or rent, they’ll find a diverse range of housing on offer. Furthermore, unlike surrounding areas many houses have yet to be extended or receive loft conversions leaving plenty of room for buyers to add value.”

When asked about post-Brexit uncertainty, Joe replied, “Although we did see a slight slowdown in the immediate aftermath due to uncertainty, we have seen sales and lettings bounce back to pre-Brexit levels due to the continued popularity of the areas in which we operate and the shortage of housing on offer.”

Joe concluded by saying, “Our launch today was highly successful and we are already delighted with the response. We welcome anyone interested in selling, letting, buying or renting to come in and speak with us or give us a call”.

The new West Norwood office is located at 471 – 473 Norwood Road, SE27 9DJ and the telephone number for both sales and lettings is 020 8655 9000. For more information about Beresford Residential, visit our website: beresfordresidential.com
