Is Social Media really working for your Estate Agency?
For many businesses in many business sectors, social media is now a stable part of their marketing activities. It will no doubt have a percentage marketing spend set aside for it and it is highly likely that the business you are searching for online will have a presence on at least one of the major social media platforms be it Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn. But what about Estate Agency, does it actually give any return in investment, does it increase brand awareness, does it allow you to speak directly with your target audience… Is it worth the investment?
Prices for social media management for estate agents have decreased since the whole buzz words of ‘you need to be on social media’ started, packages which were once at £500 monthly now average £250 monthly and some even offer it at prices of £100 monthly as more and more management softwares make the whole job of up updating/following/commenting easier to control and manage.
So, if you outsource your social media management then are you getting a return on investment on your spending or if you manage it internally, does it pay your time back with the results you are seeking?
