Data providing information about the number and types of applications that Land Registry completed in June 2015 released by Gov.UK 21st July

Land Registry completes 1,521,327 applications

South East tops the table of regional applications with 348,139

Birmingham tops the table of local authority applications with 23,755

The Transaction Data shows Land Registry completed over 1,521,320 applications from its customers in June. This includes 1,481,697 applications by account customers, of which:

341,720 were applications in respect of registered land (dealings)

702,405 were applications to obtain an official copy of a register or title plan

208,486 were searches

79,137 were transactions for value
