A cool £95 million pound was the price that secured the mansion on Carlton Gardens that is located just around the corner from Buckingham Palace.
The buyer is said to be a Ken Griffin who is a hedge fund manager with an estimated worth of £6.8 billion.
3 Carlton Gardens sits on a road that via Zoopla has an average price range of £8,212,266 with a current value change of a mere 2.1% totalling -£179,070!
