love2move announces a new crowdfunding raise

Only two years following its Valentine’s Day launch back in 2017, a Preston based hybrid estate agency platform, love2move, is looking to raise £120,000 via crowdfunding in order to expand its network of agencies using its service. Primarily a concept to combat online estate agents in that it offers traditional style agents with the proprietary tools necessary to compete on a level playing field with their online only agency rivals.

The company is currently valued at £1.25 million and will be offering equity in the business upon raising £120,000.

CEO Georgina Cox, is quoted as saying: “We always believed there were flaws in the online only model and these flaws are now becoming apparent. Love2move is different from anything else available and we have USPs for house sellers, the estate agents we partner with and importantly our investors, as we have a lower cost per acquisition than other agents competing in the online space, which means we will quickly become profitable.
