Rihanna is the new owner of a Los Angeles penthouse formerly owned by Matthew Perry. Rihanna paid $21 million for the four-bedroom, 9,290-square-foot condo in The Century, where she has been a resident since 2014, but in a much smaller unit. Perry referred to the home as his ‘Mansion in the Sky.’

Jay-Z & Beyoncé Set California Home-Buying Record
Jay-Z and Beyoncé have set a California record with their $200 million purchase of a Malibu Beach home. The 30,000-square-foot home on 8 acres is located in the so-called Billionaire’s Row area of Malibu. The concrete home was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, who also did one of Kanye West’s homes.

In 2013, Johnson purchased a sprawling Montecito, California French Country farmhouse with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Johnson sold the home a few years later, and it is now back on the market at $15 million.

Billy Joel Lists New York Mansion
Billy Joel might be in a New York State Of Mind, but he seems to have a lot of room for Florida too. Billy has listed his longtime Long Island mansion on 26 acres for $49 million. The home is loaded with five bedrooms, a music room, bowling alley, a hair salon, wine room, two pools and a helipad. According to Billy’s real estate agent, the Piano Man is selling as he has been spending more time in Florida.

Tricia Yearwood’s Nashville Foodie Home
Tricia Yearwood has listed her longtime Tennessee home for $4.5 million. Located in suburban Nashville, the 1920’s-era home is where she filmed her Emmy-award-winning show Tricia’s Southern Kitchen.

Barbara Walters’ Apartment Is For Sale
TV reporter-and-personality Barbara Walters’ apartment has come on the market, priced at $19.75 million. Located on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue adjacent to Central Park, Ms. Walters lived there from 1989 until her death in 2022 at age 93. The five-bedroom, 5.5-bath apartment takes up the entire 6th floor in a 14-story building designed in 1925 by architect Nathan Korn.
