New Non-Executive Director to the board of Countrywide PLC.

The Board of Countrywide plc announced today that Natalie Ceeney will be appointed Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 28 April 2017.

 In the release they state: Natalie has held various Senior Executive positions and most recently was Chief Executive of HM Courts and Tribunals Service, Head of Customer Standards of HSBC UK; and Chief Executive of the Financial Ombudsman Service.

 Commenting on the appointment, Peter Long, Independent Chairman Countrywide plc said:

 “I am delighted to welcome Natalie to the Board of Countrywide plc.  She brings a wealth of experience from a varied business career that spans the financial services sector, health and business services.  She has a track record of leading transformation and digitally enabled change in complex and dynamic environments.  Natalie’s skills and experience will complement the Board.
