Northern Ireland defy ‘Brexit blamed’ slow down of house prices

With widespread negative news across many parts of England, Northern Ireland is throwing a spanner in the works with reports of a pick-up and price growth. Nationwide were quoted as saying the Northern Ireland property increased by 5.8 per cent last year compared to poorer performance in the UK at just 0.5%.
Average house prices in Northern Ireland are £139,599 compared to £214,178 across the rest of the UK.
