Oops: haart Estate Agents’ confuses Purplebricks with Emoov

Following the recent decline in to administration of Emoov, a city estate agent got things that little bit wrong by advising a Nottingham homeowner that the online agency in charge of selling their property was about to go bust. In fact the homeowner was using Purplebricks and we all know that recently it was Emoov that went bust and many agents got involved in offering their old clients an olive branch to transfer their listing over to them including Purplebricks themselves.

haart Estate Agents had to apologise to both homeowner Mr Hodgett and also offer sincere apologies to Purplebricks for the confusion.

Purplebricks customer Dan Hodgett, of Forest Fields, was left stunned when a letter warned his agent’s future was ‘uncertain’ over a ‘lack of funds’.‘ Full report available on Nottingham Post website.
