Plans submitted for 420 New Homes in Colchester, Essex

Plans have been submitted for over 400 homes to be built on the Fiveways Fruit Farm site submitted for 420 new homes at Colchester’s Fiveways Fruit Farm site in Colchester. The proposed development would see expansion work on the Fiveways junction to provide a four-arm roundabout.
The application seeks outline and full planning permission for the project (The site is already allocated for residential purposes).
There many be unrest from local residents who feel that there are already too many homes being built within the Stanway area of Colchester.
