Property Partner Crowdfunding

A property in Byfleet, Surrey was funded to the tune of £212,900 via the propertypartner website launched earlier this year,  a total of 126 investors clubbed together to buy the 2 bedroom flat in just over half an hour, the eager buyers invested an average of £1,700.

The property that sold out in 35 minutes was advertised as having a 6.5 per cent rental yield, investors can put as little as £50 into a property listed on the website.

Propertypartner is a crowdfunding website giving buy-to-let investors the chance of being part owner of a property to the amount they can afford to invest, they will participate in the rental income and any capital gain made when sold, understanding how the investment works for you is very important and if in any doubt  professional advice should always be sought.
