#PropTech encourages another £45 million investment:

Once again we see that #PropTech is attracting investment with both Yopa and Habito rasing £27.6 million and £18.5 million respectively.

Announced in the national media to include Telegraph on Staurday, fundraising within the property technology sector is still moving fast attracting investment from both within the industry and those outside following its progress. Both LSL and Savills now have edged their bets in #proptech following investment in to the online estate agency concept Yopa and Automico the European fundraising venture capitial fund seeing that the digital mortgage broker of Habito being a worthy bet.
