#PropTech is now a fast moving industry that shows great signs of continued growth and success in forthcoming years both changing the scene of the UK property industry and importantly enhancing it.

The idea for #PropTechDen came to me as I was once a start up that was desperately trying to find someone to believe in my idea and I did the hard ground work of walking in to estate agencies and showcasing them my ideas and products and of course receiving many negative reactions… It is not easy being an entrepreneur / start up and especially if your idea is innovative and different. This is why I created #PropTechDen and the brand TeqDen, to help start ups to communicate on a live platform and face to face with other industry professionals and investors to give them invaluable feedback, PR/Media exposure and ultimately investment.” Christopher Walkey, Founder of #PropTechDen
