#PropTechDen shines at London Build Expo 2017

#PropTechDen continues is fast growing recognition with a guest appearance at this years London Build Expo that took place in Olympia attracting 1,000 of international property professionals. One the day there were two main pitches in front of a panel of 6 judges and investors along with a watching audience which all took place in one of the main open conference rooms within the exhibition.

 

The two companies pitching were Acasa and Giraffe360 both with innovative and potential explosive ideas for the UK property industry and both importantly seeking to obtain further investment to continue their growth. The judges on the day were:

Reece Chowdhry, Founder of RLC Ventures

Michael Buckworth, Founder of Buckworths

#PropTech is now a fast moving industry that shows great signs of continued growth and success in forthcoming years both changing the scene of the UK property industry and importantly enhancing it.

The idea for #PropTechDen came to me as I was once a start up that was desperately trying to find someone to believe in my idea and I did the hard ground work of walking in to estate agencies and showcasing them my ideas and products and of course receiving many negative reactions… It is not easy being an entrepreneur / start up and especially if your idea is innovative and different.
