Have you registered for the new #PropTechDen event on 12 April, organised by LiFE Ventures?

The growing #PropTechDen event has just been acquired by LiFE Ventures, the investment arm of London estate agents LiFE Residential. LiFE Ventures has met several successful PropTech start-ups which it later invested in from #PropTechDen and is ready to take the 12th April event to the next level.

#PropTechDen is a Dragons Den style pitching event for #PropTech start-ups and investors, hosted by LiFE Ventures at Campus London, the Google Space.

The 12th April 2018 event will have 6 start-ups pitching for a maximum of 10 minutes and with just 10 slides. They will be pitching to a panel of top industry professionals in the hope of an investment to propel their start-up ideas.

With the next #PropTechDen event taking place on April 12th at Google’s #CampusLondon in London selling out fast, please register via the link below to secure your place: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/proptechden-april-2018-tickets-42602892398

“#PropTechDen is a place where you can meet property experts. There’s a lot of investors, there’s also potential clients at the same time, it’s great” said Julien Vidal, Co-Founder of Blyng. LiFE Ventures is currently working closely with Blyng to develop its AI-technology-based virtual estate agent further.

LiFE Ventures also met KeyNest at the event, a start-up offering key management solutions for estate agents and key exchanges for Airbnb and serviced apartments. LiFE Ventures invested in KeyNest in August 2017 and currently all 13 of LiFE Residential’s branches across the capital are tracking its keys using the KeyNest solution.

“We went to #PropTechDen every time, not just for pitching but to also meet other people in the industry: investors, partners, customers and also great leaders,” said Florian Hoven, Co-founder of KeyNest. To hear more about KeyNest and Blyng’s journeys from #PropTechDen to a partnership with LiFE Ventures, see our video here:

#PropTechDen is not only a night of pitching, if you’re not lucky enough to gain a pitching slot there’s still plenty of time before and after to network with angel investors. Sit down with people from the property and #PropTech industry to discuss all things tech.

Started by Christopher Walkey, #PropTechDen has grown from strength to strength since it started back in April 2017. It has seen events held in Manchester and two sell out events in London.
