UK Cities House Price Index June 2016 released today headlines ‘Sales volumes likely to slow with price growth moderating post Brexit’

According to research published by Hometrack….The rate of city level house price is starting to plateau after a strong first half of the year, house prices rose by 10.2% in the year to June.

The London market has seen a widening gap between growing new supply and lower sales pointing to slower house price growth in the months ahead, prices in London grew by 13.7% in the year to June.
