Sell your property for £199 with easyProperty!

easyProperty are looking to shake things up with a launch offer to sell your property for under £200! Based in Gloucester, the branch of the national hybrid agency, led by experienced property sales agent Toni Griffiths, is looking to make a positive impact locally are building their brand awareness with a rock bottom price offering. The full price package will be under £1,000 (including VAT).

Full story can be read on Gloucestershire Live website.

Toni Griffiths, the local property agent for easyProperty Gloucester, was quoted as saying: “Many people work unusual hours and need to be able to talk to someone when they get home, perhaps at 6.30pm, or be able to have viewings on a Sunday or sign-off details at mid- night.

easyProperty is a fresh approach not constrained by normal working hours.

The shackles of an office would restrict my abilities to be able to be out in the community and in properties in addition to adding to the fee.”

A recent report commissioned by Zoopla suggested 95 percent of purchasers start their search online, showing how the market is moving to a more online environment.

I haven’t ruled out having an office in the future and many easyProperty licensees do work from a high street base, but my drive is to be part of the community not just sit in it.

The hub, as we call it, allows me to have all my tools on my phone and laptop, the same as for our buyers and sellers
